The blog is where I spill all the secrets—think practical tips for balanced hormones, sustainable habits, and all the hacks you need to thrive. Grab a coffee and settle in; there’s plenty to binge on!
It didn’t start with a brand idea. It started with exhaustion. I was stuck in the cycle so many women know too well, starting over every Monday, chasing the “perfect” routine, and wondering why I couldn’t keep it up. From the outside, I looked like I had it together. Inside, I was spinning.
I didn’t need another plan. I needed a new approach. One that felt like it could hold me, not pressure me. That’s what led me to create the Glow-Up Girlie Guide, a 12-week holistic health coaching experience designed for real life, not an ideal version of it.
This post shares the story behind the guide and why it became the structure I wish I had years ago.

I spent years following health routines that looked good on paper but didn’t fit my actual life. I’d try the early morning workouts, the intense reset programs, the perfectly scheduled days. I always make it in a few weeks. Sometimes less.
The problem wasn’t that I lacked discipline. The problem was that I was building routines out of pressure, not care. My body was tired, my energy was inconsistent, and my nervous system was screaming for support.
And still, I kept trying to do more.
It wasn’t until I was healing from chronic illness that everything shifted. I had to slow down. And in that slowing, I learned something that changed everything. Wellness doesn’t begin with hustle. It begins with rhythm, reflection, and rest.
As I moved through healing, I started experimenting with a different kind of habit system. I stopped asking, “How can I do more?” and started asking, “What supports me today?”
I began:
This is what would eventually become the core of my holistic health coaching philosophy and the foundation of the Glow-Up Girlie Guide.
I started sharing pieces of my new rhythm with friends and clients. The response was clear: women were craving wellness support that didn’t feel performative or overwhelming.
They didn’t want another “discipline challenge.” They wanted guidance that made room for grace. Tools that helped them stay consistent without needing to be perfect. Encouragement that didn’t shame them for being human.
So I took everything that helped me rebuild my habits alongside insights from coaching and turned it into a step-by-step program. A soft structure that offers clarity without pressure.
The Glow-Up Girlie Guide was never about creating another to-do list. It was about giving women a place to begin.
This guide isn’t about hustle, shame, or strict tracking. It’s about:
It combines mindset, habit structure, nervous system care, and supportive planning tools, all things I leaned on during my own wellness rebuilding season.
I created the Glow-Up Girlie Guide because I needed it. And I know so many other women do too. Women who are tired of starting over. Women who want to feel better but don’t want to burn out getting there. Women who are ready for a version of holistic health coaching that feels like it belongs in their actual life.
This guide is for you if you’re ready to show up with more care, more rhythm, and less pressure. If you’ve been waiting for the perfect time to start, you don’t need it. You just need something that meets you where you are.
I didn’t create this guide to give you another thing to chase, I made it because I know what it’s like to want change but not know where to start. The Glow-Up Girlie Guide is the structure I wish I had: 12 weeks of grounded support, real-life routines, and gentle accountability to help you follow through without burning out.
